Plain-language privacy policy for Gym Performance accounts, training data, exports, deletion, and contact requests.

Data we collect

Gym Performance stores the information needed to operate your training dashboard: account email, profile details you choose to enter, sessions, exercises, sets, reps, load, duration, body metrics, recovery entries, cardio logs, goals, routines, programs, and app settings.

The app also creates derived training views from that information, such as personal records, goal progress, recovery guidance, charts, heatmaps, and program summaries.

We use your data to provide the product: authenticate your account, load your dashboard, save your training history, calculate progress, personalize onboarding, and respond to support or contact requests.

Gym Performance is not built to sell personal training data or expose your logs to other users. Access to app data is scoped to the authenticated account.

Service providers

Service providers

Gym Performance uses trusted service providers to operate the product, including Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication and database storage, Resend for email delivery, and Stripe for checkout, subscriptions, invoices, and billing management.

Payment card details are handled by Stripe. Gym Performance stores billing identifiers, subscription status, offer type, access status, and billing event references needed to grant or manage product access, but it does not store full card numbers.

These providers process data under their own security, privacy, and legal obligations. Service credentials are kept server-side.

Export, deletion, and retention

Export, deletion, and retention

You can export account data from the account controls. The export is a JSON copy of your training history and related app data.

You can also delete your account from the account controls. The deletion flow removes Gym Performance app data and deletes the login identity for that account. If the account has a Stripe customer profile, Gym Performance requests its deletion from Stripe as part of the same flow. Stripe invoice, payment, tax, and transaction records may still be retained where required for billing, tax, security, or legal obligations.

Training data remains stored while your hosted account is active or until you delete it. Operational logs are kept only as long as needed for security, debugging, delivery, and abuse prevention.

If you start a paid plan or Founding Access, Stripe processes checkout and billing. Stripe may store payment method details, billing address, tax-related information, invoice history, and transaction metadata according to its own processor obligations.

Gym Performance uses Stripe webhook events to update access status. Billing access can be managed from the account controls through Stripe's customer portal.

Contact

If you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, message, and basic operational delivery metadata. We use that information to reply and to protect the form from abuse.
